DEPTOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEPTOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEPTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH18A1, LINC01028, and SCDP1. Each is linked with DEPTOR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPTOR-to-partner and partner-to-DEPTOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALDH18A1 grouped by DEPTOR-low versus DEPTOR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEPTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEPTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
