Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DEPDC7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DEPDC7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher DEPDC7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DEPDC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.
LIHC, ESCA, and OV are the cancer types where DEPDC7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
