DEPDC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEPDC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,614 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEPDC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJP7, RNU6-1318P, and TSPY12P. Each is linked with DEPDC7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEPDC7-to-partner and partner-to-DEPDC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBPJP7 grouped by DEPDC7-low versus DEPDC7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEPDC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEPDC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
