Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND6B RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DENND6B data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher DENND6B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where DENND6B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
