Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND6A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DENND6A data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DENND6A mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND6A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where DENND6A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
