DENND6A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,834 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENND6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE12, ZNF654, and CTDSP2. Each is linked with DENND6A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND6A-to-partner and partner-to-DENND6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND6A versus PDE12 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
