The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DENND4B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, OV, and SCLC are the cancer types where DENND4B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
