DENND3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS7, ADAM33, and MRPL49. Each is linked with DENND3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND3-to-partner and partner-to-DENND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS7 grouped by DENND3-low versus DENND3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
