Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND2D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DENND2D data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher DENND2D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND2D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LGG, and UCEC are the cancer types where DENND2D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
