Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DENND2B data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher DENND2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC and UCEC are the cancer types where DENND2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
