Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND2A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DENND2A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DENND2A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where DENND2A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
