DENND2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,005 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENND2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NES, NES_S768, and SSC5D. Each is linked with DENND2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND2A-to-partner and partner-to-DENND2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND2A versus NES in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
