Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DENND2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOJ, CORO2B, and MEOX2. Each is linked with DENND2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND2A-to-partner and partner-to-DENND2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND2A versus RHOJ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
