Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DENND1C RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DENND1C data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DENND1C RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where DENND1C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
