The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DENND1C Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DENND1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, KICH, and STAD are the cancer types where DENND1C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
