DELE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DELE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DELE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, MCAT, and MCM5. Each is linked with DELE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DELE1-to-partner and partner-to-DELE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCAT grouped by DELE1-low versus DELE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DELE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DELE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
