DEGS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEGS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 573 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, RNU6-1140P, and GML. Each is linked with DEGS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEGS2-to-partner and partner-to-DEGS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by DEGS2-low versus DEGS2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
