DEFB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEFB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,236 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEFB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLPI, WFDC2, and SSH3. Each is linked with DEFB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFB1-to-partner and partner-to-DEFB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEFB1 versus SLPI in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
