DEFB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEFB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEFB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP132, RNA5SP420, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with DEFB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFB1-to-partner and partner-to-DEFB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP132 grouped by DEFB1-low versus DEFB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
