The most reproducible DEFB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of flagellated sperm motility involved in capacitation, Positive regulation of cilium movement, and Positive regulation of flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with DEFB1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFB1-to-partner and partner-to-DEFB1 results are reported.
