DEFA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEFA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,107 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEFA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA1, FAM71B, and C1QA. Each is linked with DEFA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEFA4-to-partner and partner-to-DEFA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEFA4 versus DEFA1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEFA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEFA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
