Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,951 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, and Establishment or maintenance of apical/basal cell polarity. Each is linked with DEF6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEF6-to-partner and partner-to-DEF6 results are reported.
