DEDD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEDD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,944 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEDD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, PKHD1, and MUC5B. Each is linked with DEDD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEDD2-to-partner and partner-to-DEDD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by DEDD2-low versus DEDD2-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEDD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEDD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
