DEDD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEDD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEDD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A11P8, CASKP1, and AK4P6. Each is linked with DEDD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEDD2-to-partner and partner-to-DEDD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S100A11P8 grouped by DEDD2-low versus DEDD2-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEDD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEDD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
