DEDD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEDD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEDD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smac, TIGAR, and eIF4E. Each is linked with DEDD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEDD2-to-partner and partner-to-DEDD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smac grouped by DEDD2-low versus DEDD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEDD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEDD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
