DEDD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEDD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEDD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2U1, IL17RB, and RAG1. Each is linked with DEDD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEDD2-to-partner and partner-to-DEDD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DEDD2 versus CYP2U1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEDD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEDD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
