Across TCGA patient cohorts, DEDD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEDD-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Ku80, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with DEDD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEDD-to-partner and partner-to-DEDD results are reported.
