DEDD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEDD mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,899 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEDD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGM2, CSDE1, and MEIS2. Each is linked with DEDD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEDD-to-partner and partner-to-DEDD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGM2 grouped by DEDD-low versus DEDD-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEDD→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEDD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
