DECR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DECR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,694 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DECR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDXDC1, JPT2, and SIAE. Each is linked with DECR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DECR2-to-partner and partner-to-DECR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DECR2 versus PDXDC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DECR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DECR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
