DEAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DEAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DEAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMD2, KRT35, and SYCN. Each is linked with DEAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DEAF1-to-partner and partner-to-DEAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMD2 grouped by DEAF1-low versus DEAF1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DEAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DEAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
