DDX60L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX60L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,890 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX60L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD9, APOL6, and SAMD9L. Each is linked with DDX60L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX60L-to-partner and partner-to-DDX60L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX60L versus SAMD9 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX60L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX60L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
