Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX59 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDX59 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher DDX59 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX59 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CHOL, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where DDX59 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
