Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,214 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDX59-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, and Positive regulation of ATP-dependent activity. Each is linked with DDX59 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX59-to-partner and partner-to-DDX59 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane grouped by DDX59-low versus DDX59-high in STOMACH.
