DDX58

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX58-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHLD3, MIR3133, and FCER1G. Each is linked with DDX58 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX58-to-partner and partner-to-DDX58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHLD3 grouped by DDX58-low versus DDX58-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX58→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
