Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX56 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDX56-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, 53BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with DDX56 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX56-to-partner and partner-to-DDX56 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by DDX56-low versus DDX56-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX56→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX56) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
