DDX56

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX56 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX56-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR119, MRGPRE, and C3orf85. Each is linked with DDX56 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX56-to-partner and partner-to-DDX56 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR119 grouped by DDX56-low versus DDX56-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX56→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX56) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
