Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX52 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDX52 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DDX52 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX52 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where DDX52 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
