DDX52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,207 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX52-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSME3, CDK12, and TAF15. Each is linked with DDX52 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX52-to-partner and partner-to-DDX52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX52 versus PSME3 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX52→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
