Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX51 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX51 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher DDX51 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX51 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and BRCA show a favorable association.
SCLC, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where DDX51 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
