Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,163 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, DNA strand elongation, and Spindle elongation. Each is linked with DDX50 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX50-to-partner and partner-to-DDX50 results are reported.
