DDX50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 725 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX50-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCRTR2, LRIT1, and GPR101. Each is linked with DDX50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX50-to-partner and partner-to-DDX50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HCRTR2 grouped by DDX50-low versus DDX50-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX50→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
