DDX49

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX49-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-991P, NUP210P1, and FGFR3P1. Each is linked with DDX49 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX49-to-partner and partner-to-DDX49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-991P grouped by DDX49-low versus DDX49-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX49→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
