DDX43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,715 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX43-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3126, MIR6127, and RNA5SP453. Each is linked with DDX43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX43-to-partner and partner-to-DDX43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3126 grouped by DDX43-low versus DDX43-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX43→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
