DDX43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 576 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX43-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, ANKRD54, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with DDX43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX43-to-partner and partner-to-DDX43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by DDX43-low versus DDX43-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX43→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
