The most reproducible DDX42-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRIP1, NUP85, and PTRH2. Each is linked with DDX42 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX42-to-partner and partner-to-DDX42 results are reported.
