Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,612 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDX3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL13_S140, KANK2, and VIM. Each is linked with DDX3P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX3P1-to-partner and partner-to-DDX3P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX3P1 versus RPL13_S140 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
