Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX39B-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX39B-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher DDX39B-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX39B-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LUSC show a favorable association.

STAD, LUSC, and READ are the cancer types where DDX39B-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
