DDX28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 732 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX28-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6075, MRPL32P1, and VN1R6P. Each is linked with DDX28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX28-to-partner and partner-to-DDX28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6075 grouped by DDX28-low versus DDX28-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX28→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
