DDX28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX28-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBL2, DEFB108B, and GUCA2A. Each is linked with DDX28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX28-to-partner and partner-to-DDX28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBL2 grouped by DDX28-low versus DDX28-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX28→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
