Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX27 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDX27 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher DDX27 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LUAD show a favorable association.

CCRCC, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where DDX27 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
